The Kedarnath Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage to the Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand, India. Situated at an altitude of 3,583 meters near the Mandakini River, the temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and holds immense significance in Hindu mythology. The yatra typically begins from the town of Gaurikund, which is the base camp for the trek to Kedarnath. The trek covers a distance of about 16 kilometers and passes through picturesque landscapes, including lush green meadows, gushing rivers, and snow-capped peaks. The Kedarnath Temple itself is a stone edifice of great antiquity and artistic beauty, surrounded by stunning views of the Himalayas. The temple opens for pilgrims in the month of April or May and closes around October or November, depending on the weather conditions.

Day 1 : Haridwar - Guptkashi

Morning meet our representative at your Airport / Railway Station / Hotel. Drive towards Guptkashi. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

Day 2 : Guptkashi - Sonprayag - Kedarnath

Morning after breakfast, today we will go to Kedarnath.First we drive to Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeep guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is further 14 Kms trek.Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Day 3 : Kedarnath – Sonprayag - Guptkashi

Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath. Later reach Guptkashi .Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

Day 4 : Guptkashi - Rishikesh - Haridwar

Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Transfer to Rishikesh/Haridwar. On the way visit Rudraprayag and Dev Prayag. Drop at Hotel / Airport / Railway Station in Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun. Our travel services will end after that..
